Description and Requirements

The Sr. Manager of North America Marketing Business Management Systems is a critically important role, enabling the NA Chief Marketing Officer and the NA Marketing Leadership Team to work more effectively with internal and external stakeholders. This is a highly strategic and analytical role that requires a combination of focus and flexibility. We also require a willingness to play an active, operational, and communicative role. This role will connect workstreams to enable synergy across the NA marketing team, specifically leveraging analytics to ensure progress toward established goals. Familiarity with the OGSM (Objective, Goal, Strategy, Measures) planning process is helpful. This role will help to implement integrated marketing best practices while consistently interfacing with the broader NA geo team including sales, product, and operational leadership. As the ‘trusted connector', the role requires strong emotional intelligence, self-motivation, and strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and manage the process of identifying, prioritizing, chartering, communicating, and managing key strategic projects
  • Govern strategic planning activities and help drive clarity and alignment across each functional organization
  • Manage the process of tracking and communicating performance versus core business objectives
  • Conduct analysis activities to support Marketing projects
  • Work with leads to align on readouts and track key strategic actions while driving open action items to closure
  • Research and implement integrated marketing best practices to increase the visibility of the master brand

Position Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration preferred. Marketing concentration is a strong plus.
  • 7+ years work experience
