The Sr. Manager, NA SMB Omnichannel Digital Strategy has a pivotal role within the North American SMB Segment and is responsible for spearheading the strategic vision and implementing the technical transformation required to accelerate the SMB business. This role involves working with cross-functional teams, including IT, eCommerce, channel, sales transformation, marketing, and other groups, to drive innovative advancement to existing systems and introduce new solutions to accelerate growth. The successful candidate will leverage their experience and outside insights to bring solutions that leapfrog our competition.
Leveraging AI and other innovative technologies while optimizing internal processes, this leader will play a central role in shaping the future of sales and customer experience in North America.

The successful candidate possesses demonstrated success in leading change in organizations that offer a wide range of offerings across Infrastructure and Datacenter Solutions, PC, Tablets, Workstations, Software, and Services via multiple direct and indirect channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a multi-year omnichannel digital transformation roadmap that aligns with the overall business strategy and financial objectives.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with IT, eCommerce, channel, sales transformation, marketing, and other departments to align strategies and ensure seamless implementation of digital initiatives.
- Digital Optimization: Review the digital footprint and tools in use in the NA SMB sales organization and recommend strategies, platforms, and processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Technological Innovation: Leverage expertise in Microsoft Dynamics, Business Process Management, Marketing Automation, Web Technologies, and AI to drive the adoption of cutting-edge solutions.
- Performance Measurement: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress, including on-time delivery, budget adherence, customer satisfaction, sales cycle timing, revenue, profit, and peer/management feedback.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with executive leadership and stakeholders to communicate progress, challenges, and achievements, ensuring transparency and alignment with business goals.
- Team Collaboration: Initially serve as an individual contributor with cross-functional responsibility for 30-50 collaborators across the company.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in digital transformation leadership and a proven track record of delivering complex projects within a large hardware technology company.

- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics, Business Process Management, Marketing Automation, Web Technologies, AI, Program Management, Budget Management, and Pricing.
