Description and Requirements
- Build the end-to-end pipeline model, dashboard, metrics and reporting across the Cloud & Software product portfolio, segments, and campaigns
- Analyze and report conversion rates and areas for optimization across the funnel
- Recommend and manage the Marketing tool stack including Marketo, HubSpot, SFDC, Dynamics, Pendo, AirTable, Confluence, and JIRA
- Build appropriate lead scoring models, contact management practices and in conjunction with sales and business operations, ensure continuity in reporting through the funnel.
- Manage critical marketing processes such as attribution, suppression, audiences, and campaigns in our CRM and Marketing automation tools
- Partner with campaign managers/email marketing managers to build, activate, and optimize demand generation campaigns, optimizing for personas/audiences
- Develop and deliver a regular cadence of reporting to stakeholders and executive leadership, on the status of demand generation programs, marketing program ROI, net new sales, upsells, and renewals
- Build a BI engine and team to ensure high accuracy of data and strong data governance throughout a multi-touch customer journey
- Manage all procurement, SOW and PO processes and reporting for the Cloud Software Marketing Organization.
- 7+ years in a software marketing ops role is required
- Experience in implementing and maintaining marketing automation platforms as part of a sophisticated marketing stack is required
- Experience in managing complex budgets and directing procurement processes to meet budget requirements and goals
- Experience managing large and product specific contact databases is required
- Experience with HubSpot required.
- Experience building MQL, SQL and Conversion funnel tracking, metrics and reporting
- Data-driven approach and highly analytical
- Strong understanding of marketing attribution, lead, contact, and account scoring
- Ability to build a demand generation model to set KPIS and targets
- Experience working with a team of campaign and customer marketers to drive net new and renewal revenues required
- 5+ years in a SaaS software marketing ops role
- Experience with SFDC, Marketo, HubSpot, and Dynamics
- Budget management of a $10M+ marketing budget
