Description and Requirements
- Build the growth marketing function within Lenovo Software including demand generation and customer acquisition strategies across multiple marketing channels. Own paid and web channels including SEM, SEO, .com, and Social.
- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Identify, contract and manage agency engagement across the growth strategy.
- Lead a cross-functional team of marketers, designers, and data analysts to execute growth marketing campaigns and experiments.
- Ensure leads are tracked from source to conversion with reporting to understand the RO and other important growth metrics.
- Conduct data analysis and provide insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to prioritize growth opportunities and implement new features and products that drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, and identify new growth marketing opportunities.
- Develop and manage a growth marketing budget and track performance against key metrics to continuously optimize campaigns.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of growth marketing experience in a SaaS Software environment, with a strong track record of driving customer acquisition and retention through a variety of channels.
- Experience leading a cross-functional team and managing large marketing budgets.
- Strong data analysis skills and experience using data to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively influence and negotiate with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools and experience with AB testing and conversion rate optimization.
- Experience directing acquisition spend across a $10M+ budget
- Demonstrated revenue results of more than $100M on targeted campaigns that you have planned and implemented
- Evidence of campaign ROI across marketing channels that exceed industry benchmarks
