Description and Requirements

Are you customer-oriented? Are you willing to learn and take on a new challenge? In this role, you will be able to grow, expand your career and become a future leader within supply chain customer operations!

You will report to our Director of Master Planning based in the UK. The role is open in Bulgaria and Romania. 


What will be your key responsibilities when you join our team?

  • Own business operations for the SEE region
  • Own and drive planning/operations excellence with sales
  • Work with supply planner to maximize revenue attainment for SEE region
  • Order management/scheduling, short-term and long-term planning, driving customer delivery performance and satisfaction
  • Demand Planning, Collaborative Customer Planning, etc.
  • Lead region in market life cycle planning from NPI through EOL
  • Support the territory general managers, customer fulfillment, and revenue attainment as well as the wider staff team

We are looking for someone with:

  • Economics/ Business/ Analytical Bachelor's degree
  • Previous experience in a planning role - CPFR (collaborative planning) experience an advantage
  • Previous experience of working in Telecoms Manufacturing an advantage
  • Fluent English skills - you will be working with different nationalities
  • Flexible and accustomed to ambiguous situations, motivated to learn, and comfortable working as part of a team of professionals
  • Confident Excel user - you will be presenting data & outcomes from them
  • Communication skills as this will be your everyday tool
  • Knowledge of any extra language is also an advantage
