Experience:

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in IT administration, with at least 4 years focusing on Microsoft Intune.
• Solid experience in managing mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) solutions, especially within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Experience with Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), Office 365, and other Microsoft services is highly desired.
• Familiarity with endpoint security solutions such as Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and other related security tools.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Intune architecture and services.
• Expertise in configuring, deploying, and managing mobile devices and applications.
• Experience with conditional access, compliance policies, app protection policies, and other Intune security configurations.
• Monitor and ensure device compliance with internal and external security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Integrate Intune with other security solutions (e.g., Azure AD, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, etc.) for a unified security approach.
• Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, Security, Operations) to ensure smooth deployment and integration of Intune-managed devices and applications.
• Generate and analyse reports on device compliance, app deployments, and other key metrics.
• Evaluate and recommend new solutions to improve Intune deployment, performance, and security.
• Sound knowledge on Microsoft SaaS administration.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to create and deliver documentation, training, and support materials.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation for Intune management tasks is a plus.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Intune device enrolment, application deployment, and security policies.
• Provide high-level technical support for troubleshooting device-related issues and escalating as needed.
• Assist in handling incidents, ensuring minimal impact to end-user productivity and device availability.

Certifications:

• • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or equivalent Intune/MDM certifications are preferred.
  • Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900) is a plus
  • Intune or MDM-related certifications are a plus.
