Description and Requirements

ISG Order To Cash Team Leader
- The role is combined role of the Team's Team Leader and the Business direction leader for ISG HW Order to Cash Sales support operation and Sales tool enablement
-Team Leader is responsible for the team setup, stakeholders relationship management and BMS setup to assure the team provides required value to the sales team and BPs supported
- is responsible for setting the KPIs, measurement of the mission success and reporting to the business line and stakeholders
- important role is to drive the professional as well as personal development of the team members, drive their motivation and provide regular feedback to drive each Sales Support representative performance
- The team leader is engaged on projects or owns projects to drive the teams tasks alignment and drive constant simplification and efficiency improvements of the processes team is supporting
- important is to provide constant feedback to IT team, Sales team on improvements, issues and assure resolution
- Important to assure and manage relationship with aligned functions like Finance, GSC, Legal, Sales, Channel organization, as well as BPs...
