Description and Requirements

Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and technically adept Order Fulfillment Specialist to lead our Order to Cash (O2C) team within Lenovo’s Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG). This role will involve spearheading the team in handling end-to-end order processing, credit release, returns and refunds, and supporting transaction sales operations. As a key leader in the CAP team (spanning Hong Kong and Taiwan), this role also represents the O2C function in system and project transformations while driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing & Credit Operations

    • Oversee transaction sales support operations, including order processing through the business partner portal and managing returns and refunds.
    • Ensure timely and accurate credit releases, addressing credit issues, issuing credit notes, and managing cash applications in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership

    • Lead the CAP team, providing direction and support across Hong Kong and Taiwan.
    • Mentor and guide team members, covering issue resolution and supporting their development.
    • Promote a collaborative team environment that encourages efficiency and high performance in daily operations.
  • Project Management & System Transformation

    • Represent the O2C team in various project initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional departments to drive system enhancements and project transformations.
    • Engage in workshops and potential business trips as needed to oversee project implementation and ensure alignment with Lenovo’s operational goals.
  • Process Improvement & Problem Solving

    • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline order fulfillment and increase operational efficiency.
    • Develop problem-solving strategies to address challenges within order management and credit operations.

Required Skills and Tools

  • Strong automation skills are highly preferred: proficiency in VBA, Power BI, SQL, and Python.
  • Deep O2C operational knowledge with experience in any industry.
  • Proficiency in managing tools and systems relevant to order fulfillment and credit operations.
