Description and Requirements

Job Description:

1. Act as  demand management owner, including 12months Long-term Forecast  & 26wks demand. Constantly drive forecast accuracy, focus on  Geo Box & parts Hedge planning on supply flexibility build up.

2. Weekly publish supply commitment to Geography, focus on Smart Edge(IoT)  Products Supply management to meet customer serviceability requirements.

3. Joined in New Product introduction process as key focal and drive enough supply to meet SVT/SOVP/SS/MP schedule without any delay.

4. Weekly tracking MWD/E&O , highlight excess parts to Geo & drive GEO's demand/order in time to mitigate the risk of inv loss and contribute to E&O reduction.

5. Seamless communication with supply colleagues of LLT Components ( ICs etc..) preparation to meet business growing requirement, reduce potential supply risk of LLT components, regularly review LLT components forecast (call down/call up) per business aspiration target change  to reduce potential excess/shortage risk.

Requirement:

1.More than 3 years of experience in demand and supply planning, experience in electronic industry demand planning or relevant experience in large companies is preferred.

2. Have a solid theoretical foundation and practical experience of end-to-end supply chain, PMP certified should be plus advantage.

3. Bachelor degree or above.

4. Have excellent logical thinking ability, expression and communication ability, and learning ability.

5.Fluent in English.
