Job Description:
1. Align with digital transformation road-map to accelerate team digital transformation process from manual work to automation.
2. Utilize digital tools to do transaction data analysis for better MD cash schedule and risk management.
3. In charge of reconciliation with MD suppliers for GP & PP business and make payment application with accuracy and efficiency;
4. Manage supplier AP/AR balancing, tracking payment status;
5. Make effective communications with cross-functions to fulfill external and internal business requirements;
6. Project support;
职位描述:
1.与数字化转型路线图保持一致,加快团队从手工工作到自动化的数字化转型过程。
2.利用数字工具进行交易数据分析,以更好地进行MD现金计划和风险管理。
3.负责与MD供应商就GP&PP业务进行对账,准确高效地提出付款申请;
4.管理供应商应付账款/应收账款平衡,跟踪付款状态;
5.与跨职能部门进行有效沟通,以满足外部和内部业务需求;
6.项目支持;
Requirement:
1. Bachelor or above degree (Computer Science and Technology, Data Science and Big Data Technology is preferred);
2. 3 - 5 years’ experience in data analysis, accounting or commerce area;
3. Proficient in using tools of Excel, Power BI, SQL, etc., ;
4. Strong ownership, good communication skills, self-initiative and problem-solving;
5. Skilled in English, CET-6 or above;
任职要求:
1.本科及以上学历(计算机科学与技术、数据科学、大数据技术专业优先);
2.3-5年数据分析、会计或商业领域工作经验;
3.熟练使用Excel、Power BI、SQL等工具;
4.较强的主人翁意识,良好的沟通能力,主动性和解决问题的能力;
5.英语熟练,CET-6以上;
