Description and Requirements

Primary Responsibilities
Develop offering marketing strategy and plans for the TruScale Device as a Service (DaaS) portfolio
Drive product positioning strategy for new and existing solutions, services, and capabilities
Develop and evolve compelling narratives and value propositions
Global introduction and rollout of offerings (launch and eventual withdrawal)
Partner with product development / management on roadmap execution
Understand DaaS market trends, customer requirements, usage, and buying behavior, as well as the competitive landscape – be the voice of the customer and the market
Create and maintain sales content, web, assets, materials, and other deliverables
Execute targeted revenue-driving programs, campaigns, and marketing activities
Create and manage a Marketing budget and agencies
Educate sales teams and business partner community about portfolio offerings
Drive evangelization and amplify thought leadership

Key deliverables
Comprehensive Offering Marketing and enablement plans
Compelling value props, bold statements, and messaging differentiation (focused on business outcomes)
Launch and offering introduction
Ongoing offering marketing management
Track, measure, and report on marketing activities and programs (ROI)

Position Requirements
–10+ of direct Product Marketing / Marketing experience for a range of Digital Workplace Solutions; experience with technology services, as-a-Service business models, or solutions to b2b customers is highly desirable
–8+ years cross-functional team management (project management is a plus)
Proven experience launching new offerings and managing through the lifecycle
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in challenging situations
Strong presentation and storytelling skills, and a strong public speaker
Strong writing, content development and editing skills with the ability to communicate simply and authentically
Degree level qualification in marketing, business studies or equivalent
