Senior Project Manager that leads innovative delivery of intelligent, complex, and transformative projects to support the Infrastructure Solutions Group to achieve Lenovo 3S transformation project align with the corporate vision by collaborating with our World Wide Project Transformation Team.
  • Program and/or large innovative complex project scope of responsibilities
  • Effectively able to apply project management methodologies
  • Enhance and contribute to the Lenovo & ISG Project Management culture and profession
  • Focus on innovative, creative and competitive change management contributions
  • Largely responsible for assisting the business stakeholders with recognizing areas for process and efficiency improvements to improve our relationship with internal and external customers, to position us for growth in market share.
  • Provide project leadership to complete several strategic initiatives for those project which generate new revenue opportunities
  • Collaborate with other cross functional teams to identify business needs for AI/ML/Automation tools and solutions to deliver business process and efficiency improvements.
  • Securing and managing resources for multidisciplinary and cross-functional projects. Objective is to effectively manage the change process by ensuring the achievement of projects to time, cost, and stakeholder specifications.
  • Be able to measure and track return on investment and/or value realization of projects/solutions.
  • Identify risks associated with the changes and develop a strategy and/or change management process to overcome or address the risks
Requirement 
  • Experience in HW/SW Project management 
  • Highly interested in involving process enhancement & change management cross-business function. (Training will be provided in leading change management)
  • A Business Consulting background is an added value.
  • Ability to co-work with World Wide Team to execute projects.
