Description and Requirements

About Our Team

Lenovo’s Cloud Service Provider (CSP) Segment is seeking a qualified Customer Program Manager (CPM) whose primary mission is to lead Account Core team to manage the new business opportunity, RFP bidding, contract, customer score card, QBR/QTR and account-based initiatives, starting from Early Engagement phase until End Of Service.

Location: US remote; Morrisville, NC is preferred


What You'll Do

• Lead the Extended Account team on RFP bidding, contract management, customer score card, QBR/QTR and account-based initiatives.

• Define “account priorities/strategies” to guide team to consistent customer engagements

• Create working level functional team map for customer and Lenovo customer playbook for team education on customer, and requirements.

• Ensure E2E team and process will be executed as designed. 

• Identify gaps to customer expectations – assign owners and track weekly by priority


Basic Requirements

• Background in Compute, Storage or GPU product line is required.
• 10+ years of project management experience with focus on customer program management


Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic multi-culture environment and collaborate with global function team across different time zones.

• Work experience in OEM/ODM/System Integration companies in Data Center industry is preferred.
• Senior level of project management skills; PMI preferred but not required.

• Strong interpersonal skills and business sense on financial P&L analysis, MBA degree is a plus.

• Familiar with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Project schedule tools.
