Description and Requirements

Sr. Software QA Engineer

Job Responsibility:

1. Responsible for the testing process of the software products (including Cloud and APP) and ensure the products are released with high quality.

2. Have in-depth understanding of the business; be responsible for establishing and improving the testing solutions and quality management system.

3. Understand the project requirements, participate in project requirements discussions, and involve in daily development process.

4. Identify risks and problems and proactively promote the solutions to lower risks and fix problems.

5. Proactively engage with POs, APMs, Tech leads and QA managers across the organization to ensure solutions meet needs of customers both internal and external.

6. Track new technologies and methods in the field of quality assurance; create, promote, and implement automated test methods to improve test efficiency and accuracy.

7. Manage QA process and workload to accommodate to overall development process and product release pace.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Computer Science, Electronics or related fields, with team management experience is preferred.

2. At least 8 years of software testing or development experience. Candidates with Agile/Scrum experience are preferred.

3. Familiar with software development and testing process and understand the basic theory of testing.

4. Familiar with mainstream automation test frameworks, such as Jmeter,pytest, Selenium/Appium, Airtest, BDD,etc.,

5. Familiar with at least one development language, such as Python, Java, C#, etc.,

6. Have conscientious working attitude and high sense of responsibility.

7. Be proactive and strong in coordination and communication.
