You will champion the innovative power of our solution offerings within the reseller channel and ISV partners helping these partners become more effective in selling our solutions. You’ll collaborate with our Business Unit, which drives the portfolio strategy and future innovations, and to help identify requirements and ensure adequate training and support for your solution-selling efforts. Our solutions include integrated hardware, software, and services from Lenovo and third-party development partners. This role involves direct client interaction and requires industry experience, expertise in closing deals, driving adoption of AI and new immersive cloud technologies, and achieving significant growth.
This position can be located anywhere in the US with the ability to travel up to 50%.
Key Responsibilities:
- Skilled in articulating the benefits of XR / Collaboration/ Digital Transformation / and other immersive related solutions.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of XR technologies, including its practical application and how it meets customers' business needs.
- Familiar with the XR ecosystem and competition in the market.
- Cultivating relationships with Lenovo core sales teams. While you won’t own specific accounts, you will drive and serve as a XR Sales Specialist and will support a Territory.
- Managing full cycle sales process with Lenovo Sellers, Channel Sellers, and End Users
- Building new relationships with decision-makers responsible for use case solution choices
- Collaborating with business and channel partners focused on solution selling, leveraging their expertise to secure new business
Basic Job Requirements:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 5 + years of solution sales experience (hardware, software and services)
Preferred Job Requirements:
- Business Acumen
- Success in driving and building business in named accounts
- Success with meeting and/or exceeding quota targets
- Strong skills in building relationships and engaging confidently with executive-level customers
- Familiarity with ARVR, XR technology solutions; both HW and SW: MDMs and ISVs
- Proven experience in closing new business and managing relationships within existing accounts
- Demonstrated track record of high performance
- Experience in solution-selling and value-selling techniques
- Ability to travel up to 50%
