Description and Requirements

The Sales Account Manager will manage relationships with a retail clients. She/he is responsible for market execution in the customers. This position is required a flexibility, proactive and ordely person with an excellence communications.

Key responsibilities:


Manage a key accounts in order to achieve designated sales targets through the implementation of appropriate and unique strategies for these accounts:


    Incentive plan needed to generate sell out planning. Sell Through management: Strategy definition. Sell out plan definition and execution. Competitive Analysis: Collects and maintains market intelligence.Pricing definition & support: to execute Sweetspot strategySell in execution, work closely with Sales Ops team. Portfolio Strategy aligned to country strategy.Demand, distribution and rolling forecast planning with customer.Sales Planning (Sales Forecast by account, CWV, account financials, etc)Deal negotiation. PO generation control from customer.


    Assists in the identification and evaluation of business opportunities by keeping an eye out for business best practices, trends, that will enable the sales department to improve revenues without losing focus on customer relationships.

    Work closely with the support service teams (marketing, trade marketing, operations, finance, etc.) to understand and improve the relationship between customer and our team.


    Requirements, Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge


      Proficiency in MS OfficeFluency in English.Experienced in managing large amounts of data from multiple platforms into actionable insights, utilizing data to build strategy and clearly communicate strategies to internal and external stakeholders.Demonstrated proficiency with P&L, ROI evaluation, Brand and Retailer financial performance indicators.Excellent communication skills.Strong negotiation and leadership skillsWorked on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or Marketing: Master's is a plus.
