Description and Requirements

Look for efficient and effective process to deliver results:

Interlocks between Operations and GSC, GL, AR, Credit, segments and etc
Improve the usage of LPOS for Consumer / retail / BPs (+90% order loads thru LPOS)

Retail order processing process.
Enable / Support / Train country teams on the D365 dashboards, Commercial Forecast module, pipeline update maintenance, etc.
Be a solution provider pillar to our customers driving sales transformation process (more solution selling support than HW selling)
Demonstrate We Are Lenovo priorities and excellent personal brand
Deliver strategic approach; data accuracy; detailed planning.
Analyzing, planning and taking actions regarding penalties charged by customers for the different defaults attributable to Sales Ops area in order to reduce expenses

Improve the reporting system that allows the constant availability of up-to-date and accurate information, giving visibility to Sales area about orders

Improve SLA for E2E processing in order not to exceed 24 hours from the entry of the PO until the confirmation of the SO through an automatized process to be developed together with OE Team
