Join our team as Senior Sales Operations Specialist!


As an L1 Helpdesk Operator for Sales Systems, you will be responsible for providing technical support to Lenovo Sales and Business partners. You will operate the L1 Helpdesk on Dynamics 365, LBP and LPH sales systems, handling emails, phone calls, and live chats, and resolving issues within time-to-close targets. You will also cooperate with IT to ensure timely resolution. 


You will share new issues and resolutions with the knowledge base, provide feedback for further improvements, and participate in system enhancements by testing functionalities and delivering training.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Operate the L1 Helpdesk on Dynamics 365, LBP and LPH sales systems
  • Handle emails, phone calls & live chats and RM HelpDesk tickets on related sales - LPH/LBP/Dynamics 365 - systems
  • Guide users in system access & navigation, deal registrations, bids, and partner registration, Solving issues from opportunity through quote to contract.
  • Resolve issues in cases within time-to-close targets
  • Raise IT tickets, if needed, for next-level resolution, and cooperate with IT to get resolution on time
  • Satisfy/Delight customers in their Helpdesk experience
  • Problem-solving and dealing with various partners
  • Share new issues and case resolutions and put them to knowledgebase
  • Provide feedback for further improvements
  • Propose process changes to improve efficiency
  • Support system enhancements by testing functionalities, developing/delivering training and executing deployment

Position Requirements:

  • Proven track record in a similar role
  • Willingness to work on public holidays as needed to serve sales and partners WW
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-departments
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize workload 
  • Good written and spoken business English
  • Strong knowledge of the sales systems
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Knowledge of other systems (Windchill, ECC, etc.) is an advantage.

Base gross monthly salary starts from 1.800 EUR. In addition, there is also a variable part (a bonus) in value of 12% of your annual earnings.
