Description and Requirements

The SR Sales Representative will be responsible for successfully achieving sales targets ISG Top Seller y UnCovered.


1.       Responsible for territory planning to increase infrastructure solutions sales growth and expand market share, evaluating and adjusting strategies to respond to changing and/or competitive markets.

2.       Understand assigned territory and business partner’s environment; apply knowledge of Lenovo infrastructure solutions to help clients and business partners to meet their business objectives.

3.       Full corporate account management, identifying business opportunities, achieving assigned financial/non-financial goals, and opportunities to increase ‘wallet share’ within assigned clients and business partners.

4.       Will configure, price, negotiate and quote sales infrastructure solutions as well as provide, proactive follow-up, product information and overall account support.

5.       Under minimum direction, develops commercial relationships which promote the understanding of clients and business partners’ business objectives and goals.



•       Proven ability to penetrate, acquire and transition sales opportunities.
•       Client orientation and highly developed win-win mentality
•       Excellent communication skills (persuasive sales communication is a must)
•       Strong organizational and planning skills and a working knowledge of the IT Industry
•       Analytical Thinking and problem resolution oriented.
•       High accountability and self-motivation (able to work independently with little supervision).
