Description and Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain reporting processes for channel performance metrics, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Analyze sales data from various channels to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and create customized reports and dashboards.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to management based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Continuously improve reporting tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Present findings and reports to key stakeholders, including senior management, in a clear and concise manner.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in channel reporting and analytics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Channel Reporting Analyst or similar role, with a focus on channel performance analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in reporting and data analysis.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
