Key Objectives of the Position:
This role is responsible for driving Services Sales in Korea. The SSIR will develop and implement strategies to grow portfolio demand through Lenovo’s International Sales Organization (ISO) team and Business Partners. The role also ensures accurate promotion and communication of service offerings.
Success metrics include:
• Meeting financial objectives & KPIs
• Effectively managing services development and sales
• Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and business partners to drive results.
Day-To-Day Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Management & Leadership Collaboration
- Act as a liaison between the ISO team, Business Partners, and internal Lenovo teams to align objectives and strategies.
- Participate in services sales and Business Partner meetings to promote services and enhance awareness.
- Foster strong relationships across local and regional teams, including sales, marketing, and service delivery, ensuring collaboration and synergy in achieving goals.
- To present sales performance and insights in monthly and quarterly review to local and regional sales leadership team.
Sales and Business Acumen
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow service bookings and revenue.
- Drive the adoption of service offerings by communicating the value proposition effectively to stakeholders.
- Support the sales process by coordinating quotations and providing detailed service offering insights.
Product & Services Knowledge
- Ensure accurate and timely communication of service offerings tools, technology and solutions
- Provide training and portfolio overviews to internal teams, End Customers and Business Partners as needed.
- Monitor market trends and customer needs to refine and tailor service solutions.
Strategic and Analytical Thinking
- Analyze sales performance, customer data, and market insights to identify opportunities for growth.
- Participate in monthly and quarterly reviews, providing actionable recommendations.
- Generate and manage ad-hoc reports to improve business processes and support decision-making.

Candidate Pre-Requisites:
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales and operations.
- Background in solution and managed services selling.
- Experience working directly with channels/customers.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and experience collaborating with global teams.
Qualifications:
- A diploma or degree in business management, marketing, finance, or a related field is preferred.
