Description and Requirements

You will be responsible for developing and closing deals with large corporations in the EMEA region (mostly UK/I & Germany), focusing on IT managed services, outsourcing, security solutions, and AI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership Development in Channel: Lead the execution of strategic Solutions and Services offerings with our Channel partners. Act as the primary liaison, ensuring mutual growth and success. Engage with internal teams to ensure full channel sales team engagement with our SSG offering proposition.

  • Market Insight & Innovation: Serve as the subject matter expert on the IT services industry, especially for Channel partners. Use insights into market trends like AI and "As a Service" models, and competitive landscapes to drive partnership strategies and innovation.

  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with senior leaders at Channel partners. Build strong internal relationships with the wider sales team and navigate through the matrix organization.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders across various departments to align on partnership objectives. Collaborate with sales, marketing, product development, and other key functions.

  • SSG Channel Performance Management: Develop and implement a framework to evaluate Channel performance, ensuring all Channel partners in EMEA contribute to top-line revenue growth of SSG.

Position Requirements:

  • 5-7 years proven track record in strategic selling, interpersonal and communication skills, leadership, and an entrepreneurial approach that is imaginative, smart, passionate, and approachable

  • Ability to inspire, innovate, and have experience in AI, Sustainability, and "as a Service" models

  • Adapt communication and approach to drive negotiations with various partners to conclusion, resulting in common agreements. Maintain and cultivate senior executive relationships

  • Minimum 5 years of channel experience, ideally with a proven track record within the business partner landscape driving Solutions and Services

  • Demonstrate expertise in building partner relationships, which promote and enable a deep understanding of the Reseller business goals and objectives

  • Team player with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English

  • Experience working with people from different countries and backgrounds
