As part of the New Services initiatives you will be responsible for driving user engagement of new digital products and services into different countries. In this role you will be responsible for user growth and engagement working close to Product, Engineering, and other teams in order to coordinate actions to engage and bring more users to the apps to meet cross-functional needs and business goals.

We're looking for a driven individual with a creative spirit and excellent communication skills with prior experience with CRM and non-paid marketing.

Day-to-Day Job:

Hello You is an application created by Motorola to offer services, offers, and benefits to all Motorola customers. As part of Hello You team, you will plan, manage and execute in-app campaigns using internal tools as well as working along the agencies and cross-functional teams on a daily basis. You will also support functionality (email marketing and push notification) that will help Motorola's digital presence in scaling up our audience, nurturing deep relationships with our base, increase brand equity and test new tactics to retain our customers.

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Work with local teams to set up in-app campaigns
  • Define schedules and plan execution with cross-functional teams
  • Execute A/B tests, monitoring KPIs, and propose actions based on data
  • Ensure the service quality and addressing local issues with support team
  • Create customers segmentations using SQL language and edit HTMLs on Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Create push campaigns on Engage (internal Motorola’s system) and analyze the results

Position Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in CRM Marketing, segmentation strategy, A/B testing, open and CTR optimization, re-engagement strategies, using solutions such as: email marketing, push, in-apps.
  • SQL and HTML programming language
  • Experience in consumer engagement for mobile apps
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese languages

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Understanding of the key business drivers and customer dynamics related to mobile apps 
  • Knowledge of image edition software
  • Fluency in Spanish language
