To earn at the point of sale is fundamental for the success of Motorola. You would be responsible for development of our Traning Plan for Trade Marketing focused on sales and go-to-market strategy. This includes among others: relationships with other internal areas and with commercial partners looking to improve our Motorola brand at the point of sale (POS).

Description and Requirements

Overview position:

- Launch planning of Motorola products for Retail and Carriers at POS's.

- Define the strategy of the visual merchandising and shopper experience.

- Design and development of local trade marketing campaigns.

- Coordination of agencies to develop visual merchandising, shopper experience and shop display campaigns and localization.

- Coordination of Management Reports.

- Strategic alignment of Trade Marketing campaigns with Marketing and commercial planning campaigns.

- Focal point with regional team for campaigns and strategy deployment.

- Relationship with local customers: Prospect opportunities through relationships with customers representatives.

- Plan seasonal, off-promo and regional launches, defining short- and medium-term goals and actions.

- Support own-stores partners in shopper experience and image strategy.

- Work with the Trade Mkt manager in the definition of the Visual Merchandising strategic plan for Retail, Carriers and own channel.

- Provides reports and analyses the impact of de VM projects on the business.

- Ensures the correct implementation of VM according to the guidelines of Motorola.

- Manages and checks the effective communications of info between headquarters and local subsidiary.

- Define and monitors Visual Merchandising annual budget and elaborate VM forecasts.

Position Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

Courses: Advertising, Marketing or Administration;

MBA is differential

English Fluent and Spanish are mandatory

Responsible for:

Develop and consolidate the Visual Merchandising Team in order to push for the rotation of stock at the POS according to the Trade Mktg strategy. Ensure the development and/or the adequacy of all of the image content (experience, exhibits POP materials production, commercial presentations etc.) Management of Visual merchandising Team as an added value tool of Trade Marketing for:

  • Communicate to and train consultants, salespeople and experts with brand, technology and product reasoning.
  • Ensure commercial information at POS
  • Implement the Customer Service Model.
  • Activate commercial  incentives and actions
  • Manage experiences of product use and transmit the product DNA of the brand.

Internal: 

  • All areas of Marketing and Sales: Sales, Image, Channels, and related areas: Purchases, Financial, After Sales sevice, etc.

External: 

  • Providers (service agencies), Clients (Operators, Agents and Retailers AMBA) and in the interior of the country.
