Description and Requirements

  • Quality assurance group (QA) leads quality improvement promotion activities of PC products not only “After shipment” but also “Before shipment” for CX.
  • QA is expected to improve CX and loss expense of defects by leading improvement promotion of PC product quality.
  • Role
    QA promotes the following improvement activities to obey KPI. (DOA%/RA%/WR%)
    -Investigation of the defect,  database compilation of the defects, analysis of the database
    -From the activity result listed above, Leads activity to stabilize the quality of the current products and the new product.-
    -Catches the voice of customer from the customer reports and proposes improvement to the related division (Dev, Prod)
    -Learns new technology adopted with a product and prevents predicted problem in advance(before shipment).
