The Senior Strategic Project Manager position will lead a highly experienced cross functional team focused on driving complex and significant strategic change. 

Key Roles and Responsibilities include: 
- Work with senior internal leaders and Principal level external consultants to identify performance gaps and major business opportunities. Build project plans to drive substantial business improvement. 
- Gain needed senior executive approval for engagement plans to deliver the targeted benefits. 
- Projects are driven at a COO level with substantial senior executive interaction. 
- Lead the project team and deliver the committed results. 
- Candidates must have strong strategic change and project management skills. The position requires the ability to matrix manage, develop complex solutions, and build consensus on move forward plans. 
- Complex problem solving and innovative thinking are critical success factors. Lenovo operates in a highly competitive and fluid environment. Strategic project success requires connecting people, process, and information across multiple teams, geographies, and disciplines.   

Requirements: 
- Bachelors Degree (Masters preferred)
- 10+ years experience in strategic engagement management 
- Consulting experience (internal or external) 
- PMP or Comparable Level of Project Management experience 
- Proven track record of success driving strategic transformation 
- International experience 

Preferred: 
- Background in the PC/Consumer Electronics industry is a strong plus.
