Description and Requirements

Track candidate information and maintaining up-to-date candidate status information.

Maintaining internal and external job postings.

Consult/advise managers on overall hiring process, collaborate on job requisition details and creation, and initiate recruiting process with robust intake session with hiring managers.

Source talented and diverse candidates through creative methods and understand predictive impact of applied strategies

Effectively screen and interview candidates to meet client needs

Effectively negotiate and communicate offer to successful candidates

Build strong relationships with hiring Managers to ensure hiring requirements are met

Responsible for special projects and/or process improvement efforts as needed.

Ensure positive applicant experience through the interview and hiring process

Send candidate correspondence and follow-up, including offer paperwork, and new hire information

Ensuring confidentiality with all sensitive matters

Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field 

5 years of work experience in Talent Acquisition (at least)

Prefer experience with Applicant Tracking System and knowledge of recruiting process

Intermediate level skill with Microsoft Office suite

Ability to multi-task and prioritize

Strong organizational skills and detail orientation

Self-directed individual who has a proven ability to problem solve, drive results, and demonstrate excellent follow-up skills with a strong customer service focus.

Advanced English level (oral and written).
