Description and Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for end-to-end recruiting of IT professionals, filling open requisitions by sourcing, assessing, and negotiating candidate offers.
  • Hunting for IT professionals and create a talent pool,
  • Manage a talent pool and the relationship with professionals,
  • Participation in IT networking groups,
  • Monitoring R&D Talent Acquisition indicators for continuous improvement,
  • Support to expand Lenovo's employer brand for Tech professionals through universities, educational institutions, and other channel.
  • Provide HR support for all the internal process and employee life cycle,
  • Act as a Consultant for HR matters in order to foster business effectiveness,
  • Be updated with HR trends and best practices to add value to business needs.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field,
  • Desire experience with Applicant Tracking System and knowledge of recruiting process,
  • Reasonable knowledge in IT matters such as programming languages, tools, software, libraries, and best practices, enough to assess candidates,
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize,
  • Strong organizational skills and detail orientation,
  • Self-directed individual who has a proven ability to problem solve, drive results, and demonstrate excellent follow-up skills with a strong customer service focus,
  • Knowledge in HR processes,
  • Advanced English is mandatory.
