About Our Team

Lenovo's Infrastructure Solutions Group is hiring a Technical Project Manager that is accountable for Cloud Service Provider (CSP) global customers sever/rack solution product delivery through life cycle.

This role is responsible for solution readiness as a program manager from pre-concept till product end of life from customer side, including engineering evaluation samples, new product delivery, sustaining and new solution transition from customer.

What You'll Do

  • Be responsible for whole development schedule/resource/development expense assessment, commitment and management, product delivery on time on cost on quality on budget including solution and all products related.
  • As customer technical interface from development team for Hyperscale Rest of World (mainly U.S.) business
  • Be owner of Customer technology profile (technology requirement like: datacenter environment, network topology, OS version, test requirement, deploying process, etc.)
  • Lead execution team in Asian to identify, prioritize and solve all customer related technical issues in time.
  • Lead debug with functions from U.S. site
  • On site technical support to customers
  • Build strong technical relationship with customer, build customer technical profile, study customer environment, bidding activities and organization, identify the key stakeholders, and influence technical decision making from customer.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of work experience in technical program management in datacenter/Hyperscale or industry related.
  • BS or MS degree in related technical field and MS degree preferred.
  • Systems Design and debug experience required with knowledge of H/W and S/W
  • Knowledge in server design inclusive of board layout, memory, SI, power, mechanicals, IO, BMC, and BIOS preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong ownership and end to end execution
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • English speaker, better can speak or write Chinese (nice to have).
