Description and Requirements


  • Maintain positive relationship with the project team.
  • Act as a leader by providing direction and support to the project team.
  • Work with DT (Digital Transformation) / IT leaders to identify and resolve issues.
  • Manage project budget.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines.
  • Monitor and report progress to the management team and key stakeholders.
  • Implement and manage project changes.
  • Digitalize document project deliverables and support IT audit.

Qualification required

  • Education
  • Bachelor’s degree or above on project management, computer science, management information system, electronic or electrical engineering.
  • 2-3 years of experience in project management, at least 1 year of Scrum Master or Product Owner experience, familiar with Waterfall and Agile project management methodology and practices.
  • Proven ability to lead a virtual team located in multiple countries, experience in an international working environment is a plus.
  • Experience in project management including business requirements, scope, schedule, cost, quality control and risk management, be a good leader to motivating team members
  • Experience in Hi-tech industry Sales and Marketing, Supply Chain, finance business area
  • Experience in working on e2e business enablement projects including opportunity to contract, order, manufacturer, delivery, billing, payment, service is highly preferred.

  • Specific skills
  • Have knowledge on the industry leading software implementation, like Dynamic 365, Anaplan, Marketo, SAP, Sales Force, PTC Windchill, JDA planning, Sabrix and etc.
  • Hands-on project experience with SAP S/4 HANA, D365 is highly preferred.
  • Strong presentation, reporting and communication skills.
  • Sound knowledge in using Jira and Confluence
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP) is requested.
