Description and Requirements

This person will be a key leader for our World Wide Strategic Alliances team, focused on establishing processes and tools to accelerate and improve strategic partnership management, as well as Lenovo team’s efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Drive and lead the overall partnership management aspects around Lenovo’s strategic virtual assistant programs, with strong attention to strategy, implementation, and delegation
  • Manage program and project teams to deliver against KPIs and partnership financial and strategic objectives
  • Develop and manage tools to ensure we deploy a data-driven model to manage partnership programs – a strong focus on analytics and data analytics to drive improvements
  • Work with business units, products, and marketing teams to define new product and service solutions that meet consumer and partner needs while developing new revenue opportunities for Lenovo 
  • Collaborate with wider Lenovo IDG, ISG, and SSG  teams and stakeholders enabling and supporting a cross-business partnership engagement model
  • Build strong and sustainable strategic relationships at management and executive levels within key strategic partners and Lenovo
  • KPIs include:  Top-line partnership revenues, PCON contribution, and targets

  • Previous stakeholder management skills
  • University degree required in business or related field or clear evidence of entrepreneurial strength, business awareness, and financial management
  • 5+ years and above experience in partner management/ business development, eCommerce / retail ecosystem
  • Strong presentation and analytical thinking skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and can-do attitude
  • Strong working knowledge of data analytics software/tools
