Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

1. Go-To-Market Strategy Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and launch clear Global GTM strategies by aligning diverse product launch cadences and Global GTM approaches into a unified strategy.
  • Ensure Lenovo’s strategies are effectively translated into actionable plans and executed across global markets to gain more shelf space.
  • Drive alignment across global cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product, and services) and external channel partners to achieve unified execution.
  • Design and execute end-to-end Global GTM plans for both notebooks and adjacency, balancing limited product portfolios with market demands.
  • Collaborate with WW & GEO team launch integrated marketing campaigns and promotions to drive sales growth and market share growth.

2. Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with GEO team and figure out global top retailers with tier-based channel management methodology.
  • Navigate misaligned priorities and competing stakeholder interests to ensure cohesive execution.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, channel partners, and alliance partners to drive collaboration and achieve business objectives.

3. Market Adaptation:

  • Monitor and respond to market trends, competitive dynamics based on business data.
  • Drive innovation in GTM approaches to adapt to evolving business models and market conditions.

4. Operational Excellence:

  • Establish effective communication mechanisms and standardized management processes to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Utilize project management methodologies to track progress, identify gaps, and optimize execution.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in go-to-market strategy, product marketing, or business development, preferably in the technology or consumer electronics industry.
  • Experience in ecosystem integration (hardware, software, and services) and has oversea working experience or top retail experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Creative problem-solving skills to navigate complex challenges and drive innovative solutions.
  • Fluency in English is MUST for effective communication.
