What You'll Do

The Strategic Project Management Lead will play a key role in taking the lead on strategic project management, including process, dev model, dev efficiency continuous optimization, to support business break though and sustainable profitable growth. This lead will collaborate with internal and external project leads to drive higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees, thus increasing benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of project results and outcomes.

The Strategic Project Management Lead responsibilities will include:

  • Work with function executives and managers to identify the optimization opportunities to further improve the working efficiency through process and R&R change
  • Lead strategic projects which align with business strategic intention, identify the goal, scope, drive decision making and ensure the outcomes could meet and exceed the business requirement
  • Facilitate and provide the necessary trainings to the team and leaders for strategy and change management

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of work experience in industry
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Prior project experience with change management activities & assessment execution
  • Strong communication and executive presentation skills 
  • Experience in training coordination (ie. logistics cross time zone as needed, survey development and assessment, reporting)
  • Resourceful with excellent problem-solving skills.  Root cause analysis experience (5 why’s or similar) and identify action plans. 
  • Highly proactive and independent, with strategic sense to identify, anticipate and mitigate risks and issues
  • An open mind, able to manage details but also see the big picture

  • Experience in the following areas:
- Project management
- Culture change 
- Learning and development
- Leadership development
- Organization / operating model design
- Change strategy and journey management
- Organizational change capability building

  • Experience with the design and application of organization interventions
  • Experience facilitating large group workshops
  • Experience applying recognized organization change management methodology in a complex organization

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Global / Multi-national experience
  • Strong subject matter knowledge in areas of change management and organizational development (systems thinking, assessment analysis)
