About Our Team

Lenovo's Cloud Service Provide (CSP) segment is one of the fastest growing businesses in Lenovo's Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG), with growth outpacing our competition quarter after quarter! Every day, we are focused on moving forward, rejecting traditional limits, and always seeking a better way. We are looking for a Strategic Project Manager that challenges the ordinary and seeks to innovate in learning, while also balancing execution.

What You'll Do

This role will play a key role in strategic project management, including process, dev model, dev efficiency continuous optimization, to support business break though and sustainable profitable growth. This individual will collaborate with internal and external project leads to drive higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees, thus increasing benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of project results and outcomes.

The Strategic Project Manager responsibilities will include:

• Work with function executives and managers to identify the optimization opportunities to further improve the working efficiency through process and R&R change

• Lead strategic projects which align with business strategic intention, identify the goal, scope, drive decision making and ensure the outcomes could meet and exceed the business requirement

• Facilitate and provide the necessary trainings to the team and leaders for strategy and change management

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in industry or PhD with 1+ years of experience

• Graduate degree in management or related areas

• Prior project experience with data analytics, project management, change management activities & assessment execution

• Strong communication and executive presentation skills

• Experience in training coordination (ie. logistics cross time zone as needed, survey development and assessment, reporting)

• Resourceful with excellent problem-solving skills. Root cause analysis experience (5 why’s or similar) and identify action plans.

• Experience in the following areas:

- Project management

-Process Design

- Data analytics and visualization

- Training program development

- Leadership development

- Organization / operating model design

- Change strategy and journey management

- Organizational change capability building

• Experience with the design and application of organization interventions

• Experience facilitating large group workshops

• Experience applying recognized organization change management methodology in a complex organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Global / Multi-national experience

• Fluent in English and Chinese

• Strong subject matter knowledge in areas of data analysis, digital transformation, change management and organizational development (systems thinking, assessment analysis

• Highly proactive and independent, with strategic sense to identify, anticipate and mitigate risks and issues

• An open mind, able to manage details but also see the big picture
