Description and Requirements

Responsibility:
1. Supply Chain end to end management for NPI product Launch.
2. Responsibility of new product KPI for on time to market and on time to volume.
3. Involve in product schedule management, handle supply chain schedule alignment with program schedule
4. Proactive risk management & End to end Supply Chain setup/design.
5. Owns Supply Chain Engineering/Supply Readiness Review.
6. Lead key parts/components supply readiness review.
7. Lead early involvement for NUD, DFM, CMF review in product concept phase.
8. Drive build issues follow up, own product issue list documentation and maintenance, ensure no critical issue enter mass production.
9. Manage ODM partner to execute new product development, proto build and mass production.
10. Develops Worldwide Manufacturing Plan and Establishes Site Commits to support new product launch globally.

Requirement:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, PMP certification is preferred.
2. 5 years+ project management experience in mechanical and electronic related area.
3. Good understanding and skilled use of project management methods and tools, especially for project planning, project execution, project definition, risk planning, quality planning and change management.
4. With great responsibility of working and be efficient of working, and be willing to embrace the challenge.
5. English: Can be working language with fluent listening, speaking, reading and writing.
6. Nice to have: Basic Japanese communication.
