About Our Team

Lenovo's Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) is hiring a Supply Chain Program Manager role who will define and deliver a supply chain design that meets procurement, materials availability, quality, technology, DfX, and manufacturability targets throughout all phases of the ISG in-house design product lifecycle. This individual will work with the supply chain resources to accommodate the growing multi segments and bring more synergy and diversity supports for NPI and subsequent sustaining executions.                              

This is a new role that is a key connector link between the Supply Chain Team (Commodity Management, Cost, Business Planning, Capacity Provision, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality) and our ISG ODT stakeholders. Primary responsibilities include managing supply chain activities, acting as an end-to-end focal to maximize the efficiency from ISG Global Supply Chain Team, strengthening operations for our One Lenovo strategy, and fulfilling manifold aspects of business needs for Lenovo Success.


What You'll Do

  • Apply DCLP process to identify and resolve issues
  • Accommodate & deliver business requirements by optimizing process & cost
  • Facilitate communication between Procurement/ Supply Chain/ Dev and other Lenovo organizations 
  • Develop NPI sourcing plan 
  • Participate in sourcing decision making activities to the BU
  • Responsible NPI production in WW manufacturing sites for time to market
  • Governance of end-to-end supply chain from NPI kick-off, sourcing, cost management, and MFG enablement till product end of life

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of project/program management experience
  • 5+ years of NPI management experience
  • Experience with PowerPoint and Excel

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in the server industry
  • Excellent problem solving capability
