Description and Requirements

This role is part of Lenovo’s Global Future Leaders Program which engages high-achieving, driven students by immersing them into the world of a global technology powerhouse. In your first three years, you will participate in a cross-border/cross-organization rotation to engage with key stakeholders, gain deep insight into our organization, and develop comprehensive leadership skills while making a global impact. Our goal is to fast-track you to leadership by year five. As a Supply Chain and Central Sales Operations PMO (Project Management Office), you will be part of the International Sales Office (ISO) supporting sales in Japan. You will have opportunities to rotate among various sectors including Relationship/Channel Sales, Small to Medium Business Sales, Global Sales, and Consumer Business teams. You will learn Lenovo products and services supporting our personal computer and device group as well as the infrastructure solutions group (Server Division). 

Role and Responsibility: 

Supply Chain and Central Sales Operations PMO who drives One Lenovo business in Japan with the following responsibilities;

  1. Developing and leading (initially supporting) a sales enablement program
  2. Analyzing the business opportunity
  3. Tracking and reporting of sales KPI to drive sales activities 
  4. Cooperating with AP/WW folks about developing new reporting to accelerate One Lenovo
Requirements
  1. Degree in Business or Operations/Sales Management, MBA Preferred
  2. Strategic thinking, 
  3. Data analysis, Analytical Skills,
  4. Interpersonal Communication
  5. Japanese fluency (JLPT 1st level or equivalent) and Business level English
  6. Ability to work in Lenovo's Tokyo, Japan Corporate Office
  7. Proven Leadership (via Clubs, Internship, Projects Job Experience)
Global Future Leaders Program Requirements
  1. GPA: 3.3 minimum
  2. Visionary spirit with thought leadership with a passion for technology and innovation
  3. International expertise (study abroad, internships)
  4. Program Start Date: August 2025, job start can be flexible, based on the candidate's graduation date (Earlier than August 2025)
