Position Description:

As a part of Lenovo SSG (Services Solution Group) the Sustainability Services Product Manager will guide the creation, enhancement, and expansion of Lenovo Sustainability Services across geographies and as well as Lenovo solutions. The role’s primary objective is to grow, enhance and expand Lenovo's sustainability services portfolio and related offerings. This role requires a dynamic thought leader who is comfortable and effective at influencing across worldwide and regional leadership teams to ensure the product requirements, business objectives, and P&L targets are met. 

This role also requires both strategic thought and the ability to leverage qualitative and quantitative data to drive informed decisions and targeted growth initiatives. 

The candidate should have 5+ years of experience in a combination of IT Technology, Services, or Product Development. Ideally, this person will also have a background in professional services and an understanding of supply chain processes to effectively collaborate with service delivery teams.

This candidate should have strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate verbally and in writing with stakeholders at all levels.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree required, Masters degree a plus
  • 5+ years of IT technology, and/or client device services experience
  • 3+ years of product development or similar experience, service delivery experience a plus
  • Executive-level communication & presentation skills
  • Fluent English level
  • Experience working with global teams and conducting business internationally
