Description and Requirements

【工作内容】
1. 负责ThinkPad E系列产品线的全周期管理,并负责推动各销售通路完成ThinkPad E系列的各项财务指标和市场竞争力指标
2. 通过对市场、用户、竞品等分析工作,与产品规划team紧密对接,清晰准确的抓住市场动向,向用户提供适销对路的产品
3. 结合产品成本、市场动态、竞争等因素,完成产品价格体系的设定,并与销售通路对接,完成相应的产品线布局、供应链管理等工作
4. 通过与市场部门的对接,完成产品市场推广方案规划并推动销售通络落地执行
5. 特殊促销节点或新品上市等项目,能够整合各部门资源,牵头开展营销活动并达成项目指标
6. 及时解决和处理所负责产品线的日常相关工作,完善产品的质量、服务、NPS,提升客户满意度

【任职要求】
1. 本科以上学历,有3年以上产品管理、营销或渠道销售管理经验优先。
2. 有较强的数据和市场分析能力,敏锐的洞察力,能够站在用户角度思考问题。
3. 具备较强的沟通协调、整合能力;有较强的个人影响力,善于说服和影响他人
4. 为人正直,踏实肯干,有较强的抗压能力
