About Our Team
Lenovo Cloud Service Provider (CSP) business unit is a fast-paced customer-centric organization that will adapt to changing market demands to serve customer needs. We're the only company with true end-to-end capabilities for even the most unique solution. Our CSP solutions are designed, built and deployed worldwide - all in-house.
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager in our Customer Program, who has experience in Project Management, new SKU enablement, project sustaining, and team leadership, to serve CSP customers.
 

What You'll Do
 

  • Apply Project Management techniques and experience to set up and lead a team in the execution of NPI and sustaining aspects of a large Cloud Data Center customer
  • Interface daily with customers and engineering teams.
  • Create customer on-boarding activity plans according to customer business requirements
  • Create new SKU enablement plan, including test material preparation and new SKU RD test plan (Node & Rack)
  • Manage all ongoing activities of New SKU enablement and co-work with corresponding teams to ensure the project targets (schedule, change request, test execution, bug fix, etc.)
  • Build an effective dashboard to report status weekly with clarity to team and executives; highlight issues with clear what/when/who, drive all necessary actions to keep things running on track.
  • Customer focal point regarding process related matters
  • Hold regular account meetings to align status with end-to-end cross functional / cross geography engineering team members


Minimum Requirements:
 

  • 10+ years of work experience in a leadership role in project management in the server Data Center industry
  • Direct customer engagement experience.
  • Node and rack HW development test experience.
  • Familiar with manufactory build and test process.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish


Preferred Requirements:
 

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering or technology discipline is highly preferred
  • Hardware development technical background is highly preferred
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams, in complicated projects, across different time zones
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Project Management certification (PMI PMP)
  • Experience in the Cloud/Hyperscale industry is a plus
