Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

This role will support in implementing strategic and tactical HR initiatives focused on achieving and exceeding business objectives: 

• Work under guidance with key stakeholders in workforce planning, culture promotion, hiring, training, employee engagement, annual compensation management, KPI Setting, recognition, drive consistency, and high impact.

• Provide local HR support in office; deploy any HR solutions and execute the delivery. Work with global teams to ensure high-quality HR support for global teams worldwide.

• Expertly use all HR systems, and follow processes and policies for global teams.

• Support managers on HR routine projects.

• Identify new opportunities where HR can add value to the business.


Job Requirements:

Minimum Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration, HR management, or related field.

• 1-2 years of HR Generalist or related HR experience(not to exceed 3 years).

• Good English writing and speaking skills.

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, AI Newsletter Design.

• Ability to analyze data and use it to influence decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project management skills and experience.

• Results-driven, responsive, detail-oriented, good business acumen.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work some off hours for virtual meetings with global HR teams (can be flexible).

• An enthusiastic and motivated team player, adaptive to change and fast learner.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
