Description and Requirements
Lenovo is looking for an advanced student of Human Resources, Psychology and / or related careers to support the Talent Acquisition area:
Responsibilities Include:
- Tracking candidates information and maintaining up-to-date candidate status information;
- Maintaining internal and external job postings;
- Consult/advise managers on overall hiring process, collaborate on job requisition details and creation, and initiate recruiting process with robust intake session;
- Source talented and diverse candidates through creative methods and understand predictive impact of applied strategies;
- Ensure positive applicant experience through the interview and hiring process;
- Send candidate correspondence and follow-up, including offer paperwork, and new hire information.
Position Requirements:
- Advanced student of Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field;
- English advanced;
- Proactive and positive attitude;
- Ability to develop in multicultural environment.
