We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition (TA) professional to join our EMEA TA team. Joining us, you will have the chance to enhance your project management, influencing, and negotiating skills, while adding value on a high corporate level.
Our team will be expanding and we are therefore looking for skilled & motivated juniors as well as experienced seniors.
Your responsibilities will be to:
- Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to understand and meet hiring needs.
- Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes, job applications, and conducting phone screenings.
- Take ownership of the candidate experience by managing job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements.
- Facilitate the offer process, ensuring alignment with business and HR strategies.
- Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
- Manage strategic hiring projects and initiate hiring campaigns.
As an ideal candidate, you should meet the following requirements:
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, with a preference for experience in hiring across EMEA.
- Ability to make decisions independently while collaborating effectively with business and HR partners.
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Proven ability to manage a wide range of relationships with various stakeholders.
- Familiarity with interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
- Knowledge of diverse sourcing methods.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.

For Slovakia only: Base gross monthly salary starts from 1800 to 3200 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher - it all depends on your experience!
