Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

  • In this position, you’ll work to support our AP Talent Acquisition team that keeps us running as we move faster and faster
  • As an in-house Talent Acquisition Representative, you’ll assist with ways of contacting, sourcing, and attracting more and better global talent.
  • Access niche communities and get us those juicy names and emails, so our Talent team can do our magic.
  • Work on daily or weekly objectives, depending on the workflow.
  • Have an eye for GREAT talent, and you’ll jump right into their DMs if you see them, to get the ball rolling with the rest of the Talent team.
  • Work together with our local Talent Acquisition team, who is running our recruitment efforts for the AP Lenovo team
  • Coordinate with Talent Managers to forecast department goals and hiring needs
  • Source candidates that would mean a culture add to our Lenovo family.
  • Plan and coordinate on-site interviews between top candidates and our Talent team.
  • Research which platforms, job boards and agencies we should use for attracting new talent.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 1+ year experience as a Sourcer or Recruiter, however, Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Experience dealing within the IT industry and/or digital talent in general
  • Organized, advance Excel knowledge and deliverables of mappings and sourcing
  • You have a keen eye for reviewing IT Talent portfolios
  • You may be the first person from Lenovo that these people will hear from, so your great communication skills, and talent to sell our company through either text, message, email or phone will be a great asset
  • Ability to search the net, sourcing channels and social media, where you can find the best talents
  • Expertise in typing Boolean strings, hunting via multiple job boards like Linkedin Recruiter, and have experience in working with an in-house ATS (Avature) would be a useful skill to have
