Description and Requirements

Lenovo is looking for a dynamic Talent Strategic Sourcing Partner to build a robust talent pipeline and create a sourcing strategy for the Asia Pacific Region. This position will be critical in leading and managing research and sourcing activities for Talent Acquisition Team, HR and the Business.

This is not a standard sourcing position where you will be involved in working on particular requisitions. This role requires creativity, innovative thinking and strategic approach as you will be involved in different talent research initiatives starting from talent mapping through D&I focused projects and process improvements.  

You will have chance to learn non standard approach to talent sourcing and shape the way sourcing is applied.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaboration with Talent Acquisition and Hiring Managers to understand business requirements and advise on sourcing strategy
  • Conduct talent searches using standard and creative methods
  • Pre-identifying talent and building pipelines for critical business units
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Lenovo externally
  • Work on various talent mapping/research initiatives
  • Come up with new ideas of how to attract talent and further build our brand
  • Work together with a global sourcing team to exchange the ideas and come up with process improvements

What do we need you to know?

To do this job well you need to know where to look for good talent. You will need to be curious about new sourcing methods and technologies; you should enjoy communication and professional networking and you should be very persistent.

Our minimum requirements are:

· At least 3 year of experience in a similar role or TA field

· Knowledge of searching tactics eg Boolean and X-Ray Search

· Excellent English communication skills, any additional language is a plus

· Good time management skills, analytical and creative mind
