Description and Requirements
Job descriptions:
Provide admin support to team leader and his direct reports;
Calendaring and schedules local and global meetings;
Manage meeting and conferences, office events, administrative coordination and team expense accounting;
Manage travel and logistics;
Facilitate internal communication (e.g. distribute information);
Support leaders with their expense claims & Travel Arrangement (Air ticket, VISA, accommodation, etc);
Handle receipt and mailing of letters, parcels etc;
Coordinate meeting logistics – Organize meeting rooms, supplies, writing materials, AV needs, and/or meals;
Other operations (coordinates building access cards, set-up for new hires etc).
- Bachelor degree or above;
- Good command in English and Madarin;
- Good skills in communications or cross funcional cooperations.
