Description and Requirements

Lenovo Motorola is looking for a Technical Client Advisor MBG Global Accounts.

Your primary duties are:

  • Evangelizing Lenovo and Motorola products, services, and solutions to global account customers
  • Managing customer technical escalations and working with our product development teams to resolve
  • Building original content (presentations, videos, whitepapers etc.) around Lenovo’s smartphone solutions
  • Be able to confidently communicate with customers, both technical and commercial
  • It is expected that you will build a deep knowledge of the Motorola device product range and will be the ‘go-to’ person for many pre/post sales technical requests
  • You are not expected to handle any break/fix ‘warranty’ or product QA issues. Product Scope Motorola and Lenovo smartphone products, hardware, software, services and solutions and third party alliance offerings.


Your key responsibilities:

  • Work with Global Account Sales teams to support customers as part of the Sales process
  • Present the value proposition, product roadmaps and solutions to our customers and to internal stakeholders
  • Manage communication with all other internal Lenovo support teams including providing new product and roadmap information to our marketing teams
  • Act as focal point to the customer for technical escalations on AER, Android OS, Specific handset features and Government and Regulatory certificates
  • Continuously maintain/enhance technical skills on relevant products and industry shifts and use cases for mobile phones in OEM environments
  • Build Lenovo solution content such as training presentations, videos, articles and whitepapers etc.
  • Provide in-depth solution knowledge & product expertise of Motorola device product range to global account sales teams
  • Provide ‘support’ for low level technical questions from Sales
  • Attendance and presentation at relevant Industry events such as Mobile World Congress ( when applicable)
  • Understand and be able to communicate the benefits and capabilities of our 5G Key Interactions; Global Account Sales organization; Global Account Customers up to C- level engagement; Motorola WW product teams; OEM and solution business colleagues; Resellers, Alliance partners, Google and leading EMM providers
 

Your Qualities/Skills

  • Excellent product knowledge across Smartphones and Android devices. AER certification preferred
  • Superior problem solving & analysis skills, commitment & action oriented
  • Knowledge and experience with core Zero Touch enablement
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of 5G applications, features, benefits and use cases
  • Excellent customer facing skills
  • Strong Commercial Acumen and proven sales background
