As part of the New Services and Innovation team you will be responsible for leading the technical activities for digital products and services.

In this role you will be part of the product team and work close to business and marketing teams to develop innovative mobile solutions and services with focus on user experience.

We're looking for a driven individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and excellent communication skills that has experience in software development projects.

 

Scope of responsibilities:

  • Work close with business and marketing teams to define technical requirements for applications, systems and services

  • Interface with internal and external development teams to drive development activities and resolving issues throughout the lifecycle

  • Identify and mitigate risks, including security risks

  • Capture and analyze key metrics to ensure service level meets KPIs.

 

Position Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in software development

  • Bachelors in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering

  • Experience in Android OS, Android application development or Web application development.

  • Strong Leadership skill

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Fluency in English and Portuguese languages

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Solid understanding of the key business drivers and customer dynamics

  • Intermediate level of Spanish language

  • Experience with mobile services as delivery, banking, financial, travel, others
