Description and Requirements

About Organization
In this position, we will be responsible for the operation and sales promotion of mobile products such as Lenovo/NEC or telco customer brand PC, tablet, and smart devices in Lenovo Japan's Telco business (without Motorola other group brands).

Roles and responsibilities:
- Mainly develop and expand business for Japan MNOs in the point of view both of business and technologies.
- Understand the requirements from telco customers and markets appropriately, and then cooperate with relevant departments to formulate business strategies
- Manage demand complying with requests of customers and on-time delivery
- Be responsible for promotion of overall business develop activities, various internal organizations, formulation and promotion of sales strategies.
- Report the status of business develop activities to senior manager, share information and report closely with Asian superintendent and related members, and promote smooth business execution.

Consumer business department (4P, PM, Supply Chain, Marketing)
Commercial business department (4P, PM, Supply Chain, Marketing)
Mobile business group (4P, PM, Supply Chain Marketing)
- Worldwide Lenovo office
 Mobile Business Group (product development and planning)

- 10+ years of business development experience to open and build-up the new channels by himself or herself.
- 5+ years of business experience of hardware project management lead.
- 5+ years experienced in the telecommunication industry.
- Mobile product / MNO engineering knowledge
- Negotiation and communication with business customers and partners
- Development of business strategies

- Communication with foreign teams
- Business level English ability (who can actively speak at a meeting · English ability to conduct e-mails without problems with English: TOEIC 700 or more)


Good to have – desirable
- 5+ years employed in the mobile network operator.
- 5+ years account management experience to HQs of NTT DoCoMo, KDDI au, SoftBank.
- Business experience in product planning, sales and product development of mobile products for telecom carriers.
- Product or concept planning
- Technical project lead
- Business consulting
- Account management for telecom carriers
- Business level Chinese ability (the level at which business conversation and e-mail can be done without problem in Chinese)
