Description and Requirements

  • Need to have experience to lead the technical study
  • Extensive experience of leading a small group on technical studies.
  • Knew the industry trend and could discuss the industry spec with MKT and customer
  • Understanding server liquid cooling design trend.
  • Fully aware of related industry specifications.
  • Fix complicate task and issue to co-work with extend team
  • Good at cross function, cross nationally communication.
  • Able resolve complicated tasked through team work.
  • Lead team to fix the multiple-field issues to clarify the root cause
  • Able to lead team in issue-resolving through thorough root cause analysis methodology.
  • Prioritize the task and make the program move on
  • 15+ years in thermal design field, familiar with server liquid cooling is desirable.

職責描述:

1. 流體力學與管道設計  

   - 理解去離子水和PG25的流體動力學特性,設計高效的管道系統,確保流體的穩定循環與最佳性能。  

   - 選擇適當的泵與閥門,精確控制和調節流體的流量與壓力,提升系統運行效率。


2. 熱力學與傳熱設計 

   - 應用熱力學和傳熱原理,設計高效的熱交換系統,確保去離子水或PG25與冷卻介質間的有效熱傳遞。  

   - 計算並分析系統中的熱負荷、熱效率,並優化散熱效果,以達到最大化的能效比。


3. 聲學分析與降噪技術 

   - 針對系統中的振動與噪音進行聲學分析,設計降噪方案,確保系統在符合聲學要求的前提下運行。  

   - 採用先進的聲學設計技術,減少冷卻系統中的機械噪音和流體噪音,提升操作環境的舒適性。


4. 材料科學與工程選型  

   - 根據材料的化學穩定性、耐腐蝕性、耐溫性和耐壓性,選擇適合在去離子水和PG25環境下使用的材料。  

   - 確保冷卻系統及聲學元件的材料相容性,以延長系統壽命並降低維護需求。


5. 控制系統與自動化技術 

   - 設計並編程控制系統,用於監測並調節流體溫度、壓力與流量,確保系統運行處於最佳狀態。  

   - 利用傳感器與自動化技術實現精確控制,提升系統性能與反應速度。


6. 系統測試與性能驗證  

   - 執行系統測試,包括壓力測試、流量測試、熱性能與聲學性能測試,確保系統符合設計規範與品質要求。  

   - 分析測試結果,調整設計方案,提升系統可靠性與穩定性。


7. 環境與安全合規

   - 確保設計符合相關環境法規和安全標準,尤其是去離子水與PG25的處理與使用規範。  

   - 熟悉流體回收技術與降噪技術,確保系統對環境的影響最小化。


8. 密封與絕緣技術 

   - 設計密封與絕緣方案,防止流體洩漏並確保系統安全運行。  

   - 採用有效的聲學絕緣技術,降低設備運行過程中的噪音。


9. 冷卻與聲學系統設計 

   - 設計整體冷卻與聲學系統,包含CDU、管道、熱交換器、泵與降噪裝置,確保整體系統的高效運行與聲學達標。  

   - 計算與優化系統的能效比(COP),提升冷卻性能並實現高效降噪。


10. 專案管理與團隊協作

   - 具備出色的專案管理與協作能力,能夠有效協調設計、製造、安裝與維護的各個環節。  

   - 與跨部門團隊緊密合作,確保專案按時交付,並符合所有品質和性能標準。
